A Great Way to Keep Fit

Seven years ago I practiced swimming and playing basketball in high school.
I enjoyed swimming because this activity helped me to keep my muscles exercised. I always liked swimming from my childhood. I started to practice it at twelve years and occasionaly, because of my studies at high school.
I also was going to run with my mom to the park. we exercised ourselves together.
I would recommend to swim because it is a very beneficial activity for health, also it provides us skills and mobility to our muscles while keeping us in shape.
